Speaker: Paul Hiller
The man at the helm of the Boise Valley Economic Partnership has a long history of building strong bridges between robust communities and corporate leaders in search of a successful venue for their life’s work.
Prior to coming to Boise as executive director of BVEP, Hiller was president and CEO of the Inland Empire Economic Partnership in Riverside, California. There he managed a multi-million dollar budget while providing the leadership to successfully market the region and create over 1,500 new jobs.
While in California, Hiller’s professional experience included creating one of the most successful business attraction marketing models in the nation. A model used in Irvine, California to attract corporate headquarters, high tech, and manufacturing companies.
Paul has ten years of private sector experience with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company at the Akron Ohio headquarters and Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation in Oakland California headquarters. He has worked in the Corporate Planning Departments of both companies locating company facilities.
Hiller has an M.B.A., from Michigan State University and holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Akron.
